CTH Dust free factory
13208㎡dust-free factory can maximum reducing the various dust types produced during guitar production,decreasing the impact on environment and product craft details, enable guitars manufactured under more stable environment, to achieve more refined production standards.
Constant temperature and humidity control system
The factory keeps the wood processing environment at 40-60% optimal humidity by physical partition, equipment dehumidify, air supply humidification systems etc. Targeted and precise control on temperature and humidity in different production procedures, make the inter stress of the guitar more stable,comprehensively improved the guitar stability.
Central dust collection system of the entire factory
Covering all woodworking processes by central vacuum pipeline will remove over 90% of the wood chips and flying dust generated by production ,maximum improved the working environment, it also allows some procedures with high requirements on environment to be easily carried out.
Water circulation purification and dust removal system
Through water curtain channels and water circulation purification systems to remove multi-level dust, adsorbing the tiny and viscous dust generated by paint burnishing and polishing procedures etc. maximized ensure the dust-free conditions in the spraying workshop and the spraying quality has been comprehensively upgraded.
HV-F Material dealing warehouse
The HV-F vacuum high-frequency material dealing warehouse is the last level of material stability before guitar produced. It integrates numerous instruments and processes such as internal high-frequency generators, vacuum negative pressure systems, and steam cooling machines.It is not just a simple high-temperature drying, but a twice technical treatment of wood that has already been natural drying, releasing stress, reprocessing, and releasing again.Repeated multiple times like this, fully unleashing its latent capacity to gain a higher stability foundation.
SCNC Center
SCNC machining centers have numerous CNC machines that include cutting, planing, chiseling, milling, grinding, carving processes etc. all digital precision control can ensure accurate data and craft details for each process. Because only by standardized control on every detail could the stable and outstanding timbre generated. So far,Trumon had over 95% of its production processes. achieved more precise production workmanship.
Neck multi axis machining center
We have studied many Asian hand movement models ,after countless samples and tests, from U-shaped, V-shaped, C-shaped, to front V-shaped, rear C-shaped etc. Finally, we found a balance between the neck stability ensuring and the feel pursuing. A completely new flat C-handle model based on the "golden spiral" contour curve,we named it TC model. It is more in line with the characteristics of Asian hand engineering. How to achieve a perfect replica of the feel ? That is handing over traditional manual polishing to CNC machines for precise execution of these operations, to ensure every Trumon guitar with excellent gripping sensation and playing experience.
Sound board processing center
A multifunctional sound board processing center which includes several important parts : soundboard shape, precise scale lines processing and soundboard inlay processing. By utilizing data to control the accuracy and depth of each fret, we could ensure the Precision of octaves better. This lays a foundation for the timbre and also be the most easily ignored details. And the soundboard adopts a design which the scale lines are not reach the ends of the two , thus the stability of the soundboard increased.
We have equipped 10 CNC precision carving machines for the accuracy carving process of soundboard inlay. All the inlaying techniques of Trumon are completed by digital precision carving machines,the highest machining accuracy can reach 0.02mm. Hand inlay is the temperature and feelings of design, but from design drawings to craft achievement and the perfect presentation of the final product, it cannot do without "precision engineering”.
CNC table for frame grinding and precision milling
Unlike traditional cylinder hydraulic frame grinding equipment, the precision milling CNC table adopts a precision guideway full servo system which could accurately milling out more standard top we needed R10000mm arc, and R4600mm arc of the back is the resonance cavity of the body. It is an essential step from designing data-driven models to finished products testing and replicating in batches.
Bridge precision milling machine
By high standard curvature control and precision milling, The bridge and the top curvature are completely consistent, achieving 100% fit and rejecting bridge fall off. At the same time, the vibration energy of the strings is fully transmitted to the top by the bridge, resulting in better top resonance effect. Excellent timbre must be the result of interlocking one by one and with the same frequency.
Inlay type rosette precision carving machine
Ordinary opening rosette equipment with a motor spindle speed of only 4000-6000 rpm, but our rosette precision carving machine adopts a 60000 rpm, to achieve precise data control by ultra-high speed servo motor. The Trumon inlay type rosette with top thickness only 3mm , on this premise ,it has to coordinate with the inlay precision carving machine to perform finer inlay on the rosette. This requires higher accuracy in data of center positioning, depth, and ring width. So Trumon is equipped with a specialized rosette carving machine. The Inlay rosette make under this machine combined details and aesthetics ,maximum showing the temperament of Trumon guitar, More importantly, it enhances the stability of the top center.

The fifth generation polishing manipulator has added a pressure sensing system that can control the precision of guitar paint polishing to be 0.1mm level, and can self-adapt the wear level of the polishing cloth roller, solved the problems of polishing damage, uneven polishing and uneven paint coating thickness. Finally bringing Trumon a more even and thinner paint thickness, as well as a more transparent and clean paint film effect.
